Applies to: All plans (most relevant to Managed Enterprise and custom requirements)
Before you start: have your domain name and a short description of what you need (sites, storage, traffic, any compliance or migration needs). A client area account at my.maxinodes.com is helpful but not required to make the first request.
If our published plans don't quite fit — for example you need Managed Enterprise (dedicated Worldstream bare-metal, 1 TB+ storage, a 99.99% uptime SLA — 99.995% is available where it is expressly agreed in a bespoke Order Form) or a bespoke mix of resources — request a quote and our sales team will price it for you. A quote is a tailored, fixed price we prepare and send to you; once you accept it, it becomes an order you can pay in the usual way. Standard plans (Self-Managed and the lower Managed tiers) don't need a quote — you can order those directly from the store.
When you need a quote
- Managed Enterprise — this tier is "talk to sales" by design, starting from EUR 149/mo, and is always quoted to your requirements.
- Custom resource needs — more storage, more sites, dedicated resources, or a combination that isn't a standard plan.
- Migration or onboarding projects — moving several sites or mailboxes, or a scoped one-off piece of work.
- Volume or multi-year arrangements — multiple services billed together, or a specific contract term.
For ordinary upgrades within the existing range, you don't need a quote — see How to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
How to request a quote
- Tell us what you need. Start a chat from any page of maxinodes.com or your client area, or email support, and mention you'd like a quote. The "talk to sales" option on the Enterprise plan does the same thing.
- Include the details. The more you tell us up front, the faster we can price it. Useful details: your domain(s), how many websites and mailboxes, rough storage and traffic, whether you want Self-Managed or Managed (with an uptime SLA), any compliance needs, and your preferred billing cycle (Monthly, Annual or Biennial — longer terms save more).
- We prepare the quote. Sales scopes your requirements and creates a quote in the client area. You'll get an email when it's ready.
- Review it. Sign in at my.maxinodes.com and open the quotes area from your account — your quote lists the line items, the term, and the total. Prices are shown without VAT, and VAT is not currently charged at checkout.
Result: You have a written quote with a clear price and term, valid until the expiry date shown on it.
How to accept a quote and turn it into an order
- Sign in to your client area at my.maxinodes.com. If you don't have an account yet, the quote email walks you through creating one.
- Open the quote and review the line items, term and total.
- Choose Accept. Accepting converts the quote into an order and generates an invoice.
- Pay the invoice. You can pay by PayPal, card, bank transfer (SEPA) or cryptocurrency. See How to view and pay an invoice.
Result: Once payment clears, we provision your service. Migration is free on every plan, and Managed plans also include guided setup. You'll then see the new service under Services -> My Services.
Good to know
- Quotes expire. Each quote shows a validity date. If it lapses, just ask us to refresh it — pricing may change.
- A quote isn't an order until you accept it. Nothing is charged and nothing is provisioned while it's still a quote.
- Refund terms still apply. All plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on the recurring fee of your initial order — renewals are not covered. Resold Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mailboxes are non-refundable once provisioned, and domain registrations are non-refundable once provisioned. See our Refund and money-back policy.
- Changes after acceptance? Contact us and we can adjust the service or raise a new quote.
Troubleshooting this task
- No quote email arrived. Check spam, confirm we have the right email address on your account, and make sure your message reached sales (start a chat to confirm).
- The "Accept" button isn't there. The quote may have expired or already been converted to an order — ask us to re-send or check Billing -> My Invoices for the resulting invoice.
- You can't sign in to accept it. See How to log in to your client area.
- The price looks wrong. Don't accept it — reply on the chat or email thread and we'll correct the quote before you proceed.
