Applies to: All plans
Before you start: Your client area login (email and password) for my.maxinodes.com, and either a card (or another supported payment method) or a wallet you can send cryptocurrency from.
You view and pay your invoices in the client area, not in cPanel. Follow the steps below to find an invoice, pay it, and download a receipt once it is marked paid.
View your invoices
- Go to my.maxinodes.com and select Login.
- In the top menu, open Billing -> My Invoices.
- You will see a list of your invoices with their status (for example Unpaid, Paid, or Cancelled).
- Select an invoice number to open it.
Result: The invoice opens, showing the line items, the total due, and the payment options.
Today, invoices show no VAT line — Maxinodes is not yet VAT-registered, so no tax is charged at checkout. You can still add your VAT number and company details to your profile for the future.
Pay an invoice
An unpaid invoice offers two options: Credit/Debit Cards & Local Payment Methods and Cryptocurrency. Both take you to the payment provider's own hosted page, and neither one saves anything for next time.
Pay by card or a local payment method
- Open the unpaid invoice from Billing -> My Invoices.
- Choose Credit/Debit Cards & Local Payment Methods.
- Select Pay Now. You are taken to Whop's own hosted payment page.
- Enter your email address, then pick how you want to pay: a Visa, Mastercard or other major debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, or an EU bank transfer.
- Enter the details for that method and confirm the payment. Your bank may ask you to approve it with 3-D Secure.
- Wait for the page to send you back to the client area.
Result: The invoice status changes to Paid automatically as soon as the payment succeeds. Whop creates a Whop account for the email address you entered. The receipt comes from us. Your card details go to Whop and never reach Maxinodes, and nothing is stored for next time.
Pay in cryptocurrency
- Open the unpaid invoice from Billing -> My Invoices.
- Choose Cryptocurrency.
- Select Pay Now. You are taken to NOWPayments' own hosted payment page.
- Pick the coin you want to pay with. You are shown an exact amount and a wallet address, valid for a short window only.
- Send that amount from your own wallet, plus enough to cover the network fee, on the network shown — sending the fee out of the quoted amount leaves the invoice short.
- Wait for the network to confirm. You can close the page; the invoice updates on its own.
Result: The invoice status changes to Paid once the payment is confirmed on-chain. Nothing is stored for next time — each invoice is paid the same way.
Nothing is charged automatically unless you have turned on automatic payment for renewal invoices (see How to update your payment method). Paying an invoice does not save a card and does not set up a billing agreement: when a service is due for renewal we raise the invoice and email it to you, and without automatic payment you pay each one by hand, by card or in cryptocurrency — see What payment methods can I use?. A renewal after a first-term price is invoiced at the plan's renewal price, and we email you at least 30 days before any renewal that costs more than your last payment.
Download a receipt or invoice PDF
- Open the invoice from Billing -> My Invoices.
- Once it shows Paid, select Download (the PDF option on the invoice page).
- Save the PDF for your records.
Result: You have a PDF copy of the paid invoice to keep or forward to your accounts team.
Troubleshooting this task
- No invoices listed: Make sure you are signed in to the correct account. If you have more than one email or contact, check the others.
- Card payment went through but the invoice still shows Unpaid: Reload the invoice page — it is marked paid as soon as the payment succeeds. If it has not changed, contact us with the invoice number and the date and amount of the payment.
- The amount or address expired before you sent it: Reopen the invoice to generate a fresh quote, and send against the new amount and address.
- Cryptocurrency payment sent but the invoice still shows Unpaid: An on-chain payment needs network confirmations first, which can take a while when the network is busy. If it has not updated after a while, contact us with the invoice number and the transaction hash.
- You sent slightly too little: Reopen the invoice and pay the remaining balance, or contact us with the transaction hash so we can reconcile it.
- Payment declined or account suspended: See Why was my payment declined or my account suspended?.
