Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

Short answer: yes. A new order on a 12 or 24-month term is charged a discounted first-term price, once per customer, and then renews at the plan's renewal price. The discount is applied in the cart automatically, so there is no code to find or enter. Every plan is also eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial order.

Is there a coupon or discount code?

No. We don't issue discount codes, and there is no box for one in the cart. The cart applies the first-term price for you when you order a plan on a 12 or 24-month term.

How the first-term price works

  • It applies to a new order on a 12 or 24-month term, once per customer. A later 12 or 24-month order is charged at the renewal price from the start.
  • It does not apply to monthly billing, to upgrades or downgrades, or to switching an existing service from monthly to a longer term.
  • After the first term, the plan renews for the same term at its renewal price. If a renewal will cost more than you last paid, we email you at least 30 days before the renewal date.

What else is included at no extra cost?

  • A 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan — if you're not happy within 30 days of your initial order, contact us and we refund what you paid for the plan's first term (less the regular price of a free domain, if one came with the plan).   • Mailboxes with webmail, free SSL and free migration (including your existing email) on every plan.
  • A free domain for the first year on Self-Managed Pro, Managed Growth and Managed Business on a 12 or 24-month term. The domain then renews at its standard price, and its regular price is deducted if you claim the money-back guarantee: see Billing cycles and how much you save.

A note on price

  • VAT/tax is not charged at checkout today, so no VAT is added to your invoice total.
  • You pay by card or in cryptocurrency.
  • Prices can change over time, but a change never affects the term you've already paid for, and we will not renew a plan at a higher price than the one shown in your order without telling you at least 30 days before.
